These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the websites, members areas and digital products of Nexa Digital Media, LLC ("Nexa Digital Media", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our websites or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy our products.

2. Our products

We sell digital information products, such as e-books, guides, video lessons and members-area content. Products are delivered online; nothing is shipped. Access details are sent to the email address used at checkout after the payment is confirmed.

3. Purchases and billing

• Prices, what each product includes and whether it is a single payment or a recurring subscription are shown on the offer page and at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency and charge its own fees.
• If a product is billed as a subscription, it renews at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to financeiro@ogruponexa.com; cancelling stops future charges.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at financeiro@ogruponexa.com before contacting your bank.

5. License

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute our content, or share your access credentials with others.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites and in our products, including text, videos, images, logos and software, belongs to Nexa Digital Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

7. No professional advice; no guaranteed results

Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our websites and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Digital Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to a product if these Terms are breached, or where a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
